After the drama had passed, we were doing a nightly devotional. This picture was on the page...

William's World:Poor King David
Poor William has had a rough week. After an ER visit, an IV, a pediatrician visit, and an abdominal X-ray, he was diagnosed with severe constipation. 2 home enemas took care of the issue, but were understandably traumatic.

First Grade
William is at big school now! He loves First Grade and his teacher, Ms. Butler, seems like a lot of fun. Their days are filled with frequent "dance breaks". Many afternoons, we walk home, and William talks the whole way about his school adventures. We're looking forward to a great year at Bellevue!

Atlanta Trip
McWane with the Kits
We have had to cancel several times, but we finally made it to McWane Center tosee our good friends the Kitsteiners before we both move. Our crew always has fun together, and it's never long enough of a visit. Isaac and Elijah were Williams first real friends, and they have remained the truest friends he has. What a blessing!

Williams World: Marriage
Setting: eating breakfast at the table
W: Graham, want me to tell you the steps to getting married?
G: Et (he says yes to everything)
W: ok. First you find someone you have to fall in love to, then you go on some dates, then you say your names, then you get married. Easy.

Kindergarten Graduation
How has this year flown by so quickly? It seems like just yesterday that we were putting Jitter Glitter under the pillow before the first day. And now my sweet boy is a kindergarten graduate. The program at Frazer was emotional and so sweet. We are so proud of you, William and so thankful for this special year at Frazer!!

Graham's Gems: "Yes"
William has his funny comments featured in "William's World" posts, and now Graham has his very own place!
Graham answers yes to everything. It sounds more like "ess" or "et", but it's the answer to every question. I was in the car yesterday and was listening to the radio when a make up commercial came on. A woman asked "are you tired of being in a make up rut?" And I heard a little voice in the back clearly answer "ess."

Williams World: Mr. Personality
Ryan has been learning about Myers Briggs personality types at school, so there's been conversation at the house too. Apparently William picked up on some of it....
W: PLEASE play Legos with me!!
Me: not right now, you can play by yourself.
W: But I can't!!
Me: Why not?
W: (exasperated by now) BECAUSE I'M AN EXTROVERT!!

Round Up!
William had a great time at his kindergarten round up. They sang "the Old Brass Wagon", played the banjo, and lassoed. It was a fun time!!
Upwards Soccer
We have enjoyed participating in Upwards Soccer while living in Montgomery. The program is at our church and is a great faith based way to introduce team sports. The Wolves had their first gamet his morning and it was a muddy, messy, great time. Head Coach Daddy does a great job!!
19 Months
We're a month delayed in our appointments, so here's a 19 instead of 18 month update on our Graham!
-weighs 24 pounds and is 32 inches tall
-has around 8 words. Calls most things "dada". Has starting saying "yes". It's the cutest sound!
-LOVES being outside and running around.

Williams World:Thanks Grammy
It's been a blessing living so near grandparents. My mom especially has been so helpful to us. And with as much time as William has been spending with her, her phrases have rubbed off a bit. It's so funny hearing these out of that little mouth!
"Wake up and smell the coffee, mama".
"I'm going to try not to hit the panic button today."
